Be precise about the time.

A weekend is not a collection and return schedule. Include the preferred day, time and place for each, plus whether the car is essential to an event or whether the plan can move.

Tell us the exact model or the experience you want. A convertible, a particular marque or a classic reference creates a different search. The cars shown on this site are inspiration, not vehicles advertised as available.

The practicalities are part of the occasion.

• Driver eligibility and required documents.
• Full hire period, included mileage and permitted use.
• Deposit, excess, insurance conditions and exclusions.
• Delivery and return location, hours and charges.
• The exact vehicle and any proposed substitution.

These are confirmed by the operator for the actual arrangement. A short-notice request does not bypass checks, and a performance car does not imply permission for track use.

A destination makes the brief more useful.

If you are planning a stay in Marbella or Monaco and the Riviera, the guides explain questions worth resolving before the hire. We welcome other destinations too and assess feasibility individually.

If the trip crosses borders, say so. If a hotel handover would help, include the request. Both need confirmation rather than assumption.

The fee, before the search.

Our commission is 10–20%, capped at 20%, agreed upfront and payable when the agreed deal is completed. Before work begins, we agree the scope, rate, calculation base, payer and completion point. Any seller or operator commission is disclosed before you commit.

Vehicle or hire charges, deposits, inspections, delivery and other costs are separate unless expressly included. Our enquiry minimum is 5,000 in your selected currency: GBP, EUR or USD. This is a search budget, not a promise that a particular car is achievable at that amount.
